This witch's hat is made from painted and grunged fabric that has been stiffened to hold it's shape. It measures 11" tall. I’ve added some spanish moss to decorate the top along with a bit of aged cheesecloth around the brim. The hat is sprinkled with cinnamon.
A grungy tea light will be included!
